It's the fourth ans final week of 98FM's Fitness Fix. All this month we've been posting fitness routines that you can either do in the gym or at home. They should accommodate beginners all the way to the more advanced.
We’ve teamed up with Steve Doody from Fit Studios in Fairview for the final installment.
Here are the details for week 4
01. Glute Bridges x 20
02. Lunges x 10 each side
03. Bear Crawls x 15meters
04. Side Plank x 20 seconds each side
05. Jump Squat x 5
x 10 rounds
Description: Go from 1 - 5 only taking 15 seconds between each exercise. If you really need to, it's ok to try and take longer, but try keep it intense. Rest for 60 seconds at the end of each round.
Difficulty Levels: Take your time with this one, again the overall feeling this time should be 8/10 in terms of difficulty from start to finish.
