Cian Healy To Face Disciplinary Hearing After 'Dangerous Play' Citing
Cian Healy will face a disciplinary hearing in Edinburgh after he was cited for 'dangerous play at the ruck' in Saturday's Guinness PRO12 win over Connacht.
The Leinster prop was reported by the Citing Commissioner for alleged foul play against an opposition player under Law 10.4 which states that a player must not charge into a ruck.
The hearing will take place in the Scottish capital at 17:00 tomorrow.
It puts Healy's participation in doubt for Sunday's crucial European Champions Cup semi-final against Clermont Auvergne.
If found guilty, punishments range from a suspension of two weeks (low end) to anything from six to ten weeks (top end).
