Over 500 on trolleys in Tallaght as nurses report worst month ever
November was the worst month on record for hospital overcrowding, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
The INMO says nine thousand six hundred and seventy nine patients were left to wait on trolleys and chairs.
It's the highest figure since records began in 2006.
In Dublin, Tallaght hospital was worst hit, with 559 patients on trolleys last month.
