Campaigners stage mass protest over housing crisis
Housing campaigners will stage a mass protest in Dublin this afternoon to send a message to government on the housing crisis.
The National Homelessness and Housing Coalition march begins at the Garden of Remembrance at two o'clock.
Organisers say they expect tens of thousands of people to join them, with more than 80 different groups represented.
Anthony Flynn of Dublin's Inner City Helping Homeless says it's time to say enough is enough.
Meanwhile People Before Profit's Richard Boyd Barrett is also backing today's protest.
He says tens of thousands of affordable homes need to be provided by the Government directly to deal with the crisis.
