Jay Z Speaks About His Public Feud With Kanye West
Jay Z has finally spoken out about his very public feud with Kanye West - which escalated last year after Kanye went on a 20 minute rant during his show at Madison Square Garden about how Jay never contacted him after Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris just a few month previous.
A few weeks later, Kanye also claimed that Jay Z owed him money after investing three million dollars into the streaming service 'Tidal' - which has failed to take off around the world.
Speaking this week, while on the promo tour for his new album, Jay referenced Kanye's recent public outburst and said the most hurtful thing was when he brought Beyonce and their kids into it. Jay said 'You can't bring my kids and my wife into it'
Jay Z went on to say 'We've gotten past bigger issues but you brought my family into it - that's a problem with me, that's a real, real problem.'
'We've never let this much space go between one of our disagreements and we've had many, it's part of who we are, that's what I liked about him, he's this honest person, he'll say things - and he's wrong a lot of times - and we'll confront it.'
Jay Z is currently on a huge US tour performing songs from his album 4:45 - which was released this summer.
