The Blues lie top of the Guinness PRO12 table, heading into Saturday’s clash with Cardiff at the RDS.
Despite being without a host of internationals over the past two months, Leo Cullen’s men still claimed full points from their four games in that period, against Treviso, Edinburgh, the Dragons and Scarlets.
Triggs told 98FM Sport’s Derek Ryan that they can take huge confidence from that run of form:
Ross Byrne has benefitted from the absence of the Six Nations players, as he started three of the games.
Meanwhile, Leinster coach John Fogarty feels the experience gained by Tadhg Furlong, Luke McGrath and Dan Leavy with Ireland in recent months will boost their confidence, too:
