Teenager Ordered To Stay Away From The City
A 16-year-old boy has been ordered to stay away from the city centre after being charged with a serious assault.
A 21 year old man suffered facial injuries in the alleged attack.
At around 1am last Bank Holiday Monday a 21 year old man received serious injuries after a row at dame lane.
He was taken to St James Hospital to be treated for lacerations to his face .
A 16 year old boy who can’t be named because of his age appeared before the Children’s Court this afternoon charged in connection with the incident.
The teenager was granted bail on strict conditions - he has to stay away from Dublin 1 and Dublin2, and abstain from alcohol and non -prescription medication.
He also has to observe a curfew and sign on three times a week at a local garda station.
The court heard there will be a lot of CCTV in the case which has been adjourned until June.
