Dublin GAA: Four Debutants Included In Dublin Team To Face Galway
Ger Cunningham will put his faith in the next generation of Dublin Hurler’s as the Boys in Blue get set to face Galway in the Leinster SHC on Sunday.
The Cork man has handed four players their senior championship debut for the quarter-final against Galway in O'Connor Park, Tullamore.
Shuffling the pack was inevitable as a number of players were ruled out due to injury, Darragh O'Connell, Dotsy O’Callaghan, Cian Boland and Fionntan Mac Gibb are all currently sidelined.
Ben Quinn and Sean Moran will start in midfield for the first time in the Championship. Wing-forward Eoghan Conroy and corner-forward Donal Burke also get a taste of senior inter-county championship.
In the absence of the suspended Gary Maguire the number one jersey has gone to Conor Dooley, his Ballyboden St Enda’s team-mate.
