Decision On Legality Of Ireland's Apple Tax Deal
Apple is denying any wrongdoing in their tax affairs in Ireland.
It comes ahead of the publication today of the European Commission's 'opening decision' in its investigation into the area.
According to the Financial Times, it will accuse the tech giant of benefitting from illegal tax deals.
If its found guilty, it could face billions of euro in fines.
The EC has been looking at the tax dealings between a number of multinationals and other countries in the region as well.
