Dublin Tries To Return To Normal After Hurricane Ophelia
Dublin Bus is operating a full schedule today after it's double deckers had to come offline yesterday.
The company says there are some minor diversions due to debris on roads this morning.
DARTs are on track this morning but services are running with delays.
The Luas Red and Green lines are down because of storm damage caused to the depot at the Red Cow.

Hurricane Ophelia battered the country with the top speed of 190 kmph recorded off the Cork coast.
Three people lost their lives in accidents in Louth, Tipperary and Waterford.
Around 1,900 homes and businesses are without power in Dublin this morning.

The Irish Medical Organisation has warned that GP and hospitals will take some days to work through the backlog of patients and people should continue to avoid attending both except in cases of emergency.
