Naas Model Dubbed 'The Irish Gigi Hadid'
Naas. A nice place to the shop, home of The Big Ball, multiple Oxegens, and it used to have a Marks and Spencer Food. (Newbridge got the big store.)
Now it's produced Ireland's hottest new model Allanah Beirne.
The daughter of the 1983 Rose of Tralee is starring in the upcoming series of Britain's Next Top Model.
Alannah's told Independent.ie her mum Brenda "taught me how to walk, how to present myself and basically how to be a model."
In an interview with the Leinster Leader, the 23 year old says the British version of Tyra Banks' show "was a great experience. It is an intense time and emotionally draining living in a house with 12 other girls. There was bitchiness but that is bound to happen. Compared to other years I didn't think we were too bad.”
BNTM producers have dubbed Alannah the "Irish version of Gigi Hadid." Check out her audtion video:
