With most of the country broke and off the booze after Christmas, many of us will be taking it handy this weekend.

Operation Transformation host Kathryn Thomas will join Ryan Tubridy on The Late Late Show tonight to talk about her big plans for 2018.
Ryan will be meeting some of the daters hoping to find love on the brand new series of First Dates Ireland.
The Late Late will also be hosting a discussion on body positivity featuring a panel of women who have experienced intolerance and abuse because of their size. The panel included Irish model Tia Duffy, founder of online community BoPo Ireland, Sarah Tyrell and 19-year-old Stacey Dineen, winner of the Canadian reality series Fashion Hero.
Broadcaster Valerie Cox will join Ryan to talk about the frightening experience of her husband’s recent health scare after he lapsed into a coma when he was struck down with herpes viral encephalitis.
Celebrity hairstylist Trudy Hayes will be chatting about her new business – Raven, a beauty app that brings the salon to you, even if you are in hospital.
The show is on the lookout for the best of new Irish enterprise. Tonight viewers will meet Ailbhe and Izzy Keane who are transforming the country’s wheelchairs from medical devices into fashion statements with their innovative product ‘Izzy Wheels’.
There will be music from Patrick Feeney and Hermitage Green.

There's a different kind of Graham Norton Show on tonight. Graham Norton's Good Guest Guide is the much loved presenter's very own guide on how to be a good guest with a set of easy-to-remember rules for any star thinking about appearing on the chat show.
