The Heart Of Dublin's Patron Saint Is Back On Display
An 800-year-old relic stolen from Christ Church Cathedral is going back on public display.
The heart of St Laurence O'Toole, Dublin’s patron saint, was found earlier this year - six years after it was taken.
It will be kept secure inside a specially designed art piece, when it goes back on display.
A special service of dedication and thanksgiving was held to mark the occasion, where The Archbishop of Dublin will bless and dedicate the redesigned cathedral grounds.
St Laurence’s heart will be housed in a specially designed art piece, crafted by the renowned Cork-based artist Eoin Turner.
