Pfizer Products No Longer Permitted For Use In Executions
Pfizer will no longer allow its drugs to be used in lethal injections as part opf state executions in the United States.
The pharmaceutical giant says its products are intended to save lives, and has objected to their use to carry out the death penalty.
The company has 7 plants across Ireland and the decision comes after similar actions by more than 20 drug manufacturers throughout the US and Europe.
