Farrell was part of the England coaching team at the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He left the post along with head coach Stuart Lancaster after they failed to get out of the pool stage.
Les Kiss vacated the Ireland defense coach role as he took a new job as Ulster’s director of rugby.
