Gin Afternoon Tea Is Coming To Brown Thomas
A brand new afternoon tea experience is coming to Brown Thomas on Grafton Street from next week.
World famous gin brand Bombay Sapphire has teamed up with The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke to create gin-themed culinary delights that'll be available from Monday April 16th until Sunday June 17th.
The menu includes gin-infused savoury treats - a Lambay Island crab crostini and goat’s cheese croquettes, Bombay Sapphire East macaroons with organic Irish salmon and goat’s cheese croquettes with ginger and chestnut cream.
Sweet dishes include a Star of Bombay mousse with creamy coconut, liquid raspberry and passion fruit, a gin-inspired raspberry and basil sorbet, a Bombay Sapphire East crème brulèe with a juniper berry, orange and angelica twist and a gin and tonic-infused Ecuadorean chocolate bar.
Sounds pretty delicious!
And of course, you'll also be able to enjoy a G&T made from one of the Bombay Sapphire range of gins including Bombay East, Star of Bombay or the original Bombay Sapphire.
The Bombay Afternoon Tea experience is priced from €35 - €52.50 and is served daily from 3pm-6pm. To book, you need to call The Restaurant at 01-6171163.
