Mental health organisation, Aware is highlighting the importance of fostering resilience this World Mental Health Week, with the launch of ‘The Resilience Series’.
The video shorts feature a number of high profile Irish individuals to include bestselling author Marian Keyes, Senator David Norris, Aslan frontman Christy Dignam and former rugby pro Alan Quinlan.
Each interview explores the topic of resilience within the context of the individual’s professional and personal journey, offering insight into how they manage their mental health.
The global theme for World Mental Health Week 2018 (8-14th October) is ‘Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World’, with the aim of highlighting the challenges faced by young people today and what they need in order to grow up healthy, happy and resilient.
