Activists have occupied a second vacant house in the north inner city.
The property on North Frederick Street is a short distance away from a 10-day sit-in, which ended this morning by order of the High Court.
One man, who didn't want to be named, explained what the group are hoping to achieve.
"We're looking for compulsory purchase orders of vacant homes. There are over 35,000 vacant homes in Dublin City".
He said the group also believes "a lot of public land should be CPO'd", and the land used to build affordable homes for people to live in.
Earlier this morning, a group holding a sit-in at a house on Summerhill Parade left the building after ten days.
The owner of the vacant house took them to court yesterday, accusing them of trespassing.
The High Court issued an injunction to have them removed, and ordered them to leave by 8am.
